Both the EFT Beginner and Practitioner courses are designed to promote healing in your body, mind, and emotions. However, the Practitioner course goes a step further by teaching you how to identify emotional blocks within the system using Kinesiology and equips you with specific techniques and methods to address these issues effectively.

What is EFT?

EFT is a meridian therapy that engages acupressure points to address specific issues by tapping into the interconnected network of acupuncture meridians and emotions. The tapping process flushes the targeted issue through the system, clearing it from both mind and body.
