Kinesiology/Muscle Testing Assessment Method
Many of our courses are centered around Kinesiology, a remarkable tool that allows you to explore realms of physical, environmental, and mental health treatment.

While Kinesiology is a staple in over 200 universities in America, its recognition in the UK is relatively modest. Often integrated into therapies without explicit acknowledgment, Kinesiology is the study of the body's energy system, utilizing muscles as diagnostic tools. It serves to identify the most suitable treatment for the body, with muscles responding to blocks and imbalances on physical, chemical, and emotional levels.

Reflexes and acupressure points are employed to enhance healing, and muscle responses unveil weaknesses in the system. Once identified, the body is tested to determine what will strengthen it – be it structural adjustments, nutritional interventions, allergy/environmental changes, or addressing emotional needs. These courses teach a way to help rid our ‘systems’ of emotional weaknesses, negative thoughts and increase our mental strength. Helping us let go of stress and worry, clear issues and break habits and addictions.

This method stimulates acupressure points whilst focusing on a particular issue. Each acupressure point is linked to a specific acupuncture meridian and each meridian is linked to specific emotions. By systematically ‘tapping’ on these points you "flush out" the concerning issue. EFT is quick and simple to learn and allows for painful memories to be ‘dissolved’, resulting in an immediate feeling of relief as blocked energy is released.
Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner Course
The Lymphatics are important as they clear the entire body of toxins, without it working efficiently you can get congestion of the system.

This practitioner course teaches you all about the Lymphatic System and how to treat it, focusing specifically on its link to Acupuncture meridians. Lymphatic congestion is linked to breast tenderness, feelings of sluggishness and toxin build up causing spots and fatigue.
